500 g blueberries
2 medium (300g) pears, peeled, chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons white vinegar
2 teaspoons liquid sweetener
2 tablespoons Jamsetta
½ teaspoon tartaric acid
Methods
1. Combine berries, pears, juice and vinegar in a large saucepan
2. Bring to boil, simmer, covered for about 25 minutes until fruit is soft
3. Add in remaining ingredients.
4. Bring to boil, uncovered, for about 5 minutes until jam jelled
5. Pour into sterilized jars, seal when cold
