One of my favorite cookbooks is Chef Paul Prodhomme’s family cookbook. Not only is this cookbook full of yummy recipes, check out ….., but it also contains stories the famous Cajun Chef’s childhood in Lousinana. Stories so interesting ...you can take a look at excerpts here<\/a><\/p>\n
