Knife Skills w/ Mediterranean Feast

 

We want to sharpen your skills…knife skills that is. We will cut, chop, slice and dice in this class as we make Mediterranean fare. We will also be de-boning chicken for 2 great ways to use them in our meal. Making hummus and tzatziki from scratch in this class is also fun and tasty.
