Join pitmaster Ed Gaile and learn how to make a delicious, seafood-based meal for your family and friends. The menu of this interactive class will consist of cedar plank smoked salmon, bacon wrapped scallops, a grilled veggie, and even dessert!

Ed will be teaching on a gas grill, a Weber kettle grill, and Kamado Joe ceramic smoker/grill. He will cover everything from starting the grill, managing the heat, to meat selection and cooking techniques.

This is a perfect class to come learn some new recipes for your summer grilling!
