We are the beneficiaries of some of the best seafood in the country…and thanks to Palmetto Tide we’ll make a fish and shrimp feast. We change the menu frequently so that no two classes are alike. For example, we make the best seafood cakes in the Lowcountry (our customers told us that and we take the compliment to heart). We also make a pretty awesome chowder (we call itt Chowdah!). And we add a fantastic salsa/slaw combo called Curtido that will knock you off your flip flops. This is a class you could take more than once and learn something new each time.
