Calling all sushi fanatics…and gather round…(see what we did there?). We’ve got a fun, delicious and comprehensive experience for you -making your very own sushi!
In class you will learn how to set up your workspace at home and how to prepare the ingredients that will go into your rolls including the sticky rice.
We will learn how to make sticky rice, sushi rolls, sashimi and seaweed salad…and while we are at it a few yummy traditional sauces too. Vegans and vegetarians will find plenty to smile about here too!
